gnomeos-make-image.sh: New script

This uses debootstrap, and sets up the root filesystem like we expect.
Still working on an automated way to download the kernel binary,
initrd, then unpack+modify the initrd.
parallel-debian/gnomeos-make-image.sh [new file with mode: 0755] blob
